How it works?

  • Step 1 – Get in touch! The first step is to just reach out and let me know what your goals are. It sounds easy but I know that this can often be the biggest hurdle, however, please don’t be nervous to get in touch!
     

  • Step 2 – Initial Free Consultation  I want to get to know you, talk through what your goals are, any injuries or health concerns I need to be aware and what your previous training experience is including what you like or dislike in the gym.
     

  • Step 3 – New Client Form - I will send you a new client form where you will answer a few short questions and some more in-depth ones, this helps me to get to know how we can best train together. It will only take around 10 minutes of your time and the more detail you provide the better idea we will have of what will work best for you.
     

  • Step 4 – Training Sessions Start – We will implement your training programme that I have put together for you prior to when we meet.

     

 

Pricing for face to face training and coaching 


 

  • Packages of 1, 2, 3  PT sessions a week are available paid on a rolling contract 28 days (training only).

  • Monthly Online Coaching with 121 : starting at £40 a week.
     

    • One to one coaching x1 session per week - depending on your preferences/location let's have a live face to face or online session to really get the most out of your training and fitness journey.
       

    • Fully customised training plan – reviewed weekly with you to fit around your busy lifestyle. We can adapt as we work together, reviewing what helps you the most and where you require the most support to achieve your personal goals and move more.
       

    • Bespoke nutrition plans – realistic nutrition plans (no generic meal planning for you!), that will fit around your life. Let’s put the fun back into food and ensure you aren’t on chicken and rice forever!
       

    • Weekly Check ins – I am here to support you and we can communicate in a way that fits around your lifestyle and plan with regular weekly check-ins. I am always here for unlimited advice, support and guidance.
