My philosophy to training is to build a body fit for life using elements of strength, mobility and cardiovascular

I like to use a lot of functional exercises and exercises that work on individual sides to take out any imbalances and to help prevent injuries. 

I take this thought process into each and every programme I have ever designed and made. I want everybody to be as robust as possible whilst being strong and mobile for life.

Strength, should be the base of all training, strength training/resistance training helps build a more robust body to be more resilient to injuries, accelerates fats loss. Able to handle more loads and training volumes. Having greater strength leads to having more muscle mass and improves the way our physique looks and performs in and outside of the gym. 

Mobility, is the overall range of motion a person has within their own body, most notably within the body joints. Mobility is incredibly important to your health and daily functioning. Increased mobility prevents you from getting injuries. It allows you to squat deeper, run faster, and train harder. This crosses over into strength, the better range of motion we have the deeper we can squat, the more muscle activation we get. It's important to improve our range of motion with strength training with full range and thorougher warm ups. 

Cardiovascular, and aerobic fitness enhances the ability of the heart and lungs to supply oxygen-rich blood to the working muscles. Cardiovascular fitness enhances the muscle's ability to use this oxygen to supply adequate energy for movement. Cardiovascular health is the number one predictor of longevity and a good heart health, and training our aerobic system can improve and enable you to train more frequently, improve your recovery speed, accelerate fat loss, alongside better resistance training.
