Everyone’s journey and goals are unique and during my career starting in 2014 in coaching and personal training I have really seen the benefit of working together to create enjoyable, flexible and achievable training programmes. I want to support you to move more, create new habits whilst still ensuring you feel great!

What can you expect?
 

 

  • Step 1 – Get in touchThe first step is to just reach out and let me know what your unique goals and aims are. It sounds easy but I know that this can often be the biggest hurdle, however, please don’t be nervous to get in touch as we can work in the best way for you, around your busy life to help you to start moving more.
     

  • Step 2 – Initial Free Consultation – I want to get to know you, establish your unique goals and also talk through what your expectations are, aims, concerns and any injuries or health concerns I need to be aware of before telling you more about how we can achieve amazing results for you. This should only take up to 30 minutes.
     

  • Step 3 – Personalised Set-up - I work in a bespoke and personalised way, as I’ve said everyone is unique right? I will send you a new client form where you will answer a few short questions and some more in-depth ones, this helps me to get to know you even more. It will only take around 10 minutes of your time and the more detail you provide the better idea we will have of how we want to work together and the support you need.
     

  • Step 4 – Customised programme - I will create a customised programme which includes realistic and flexible fitness and nutrition plans

 

How does it work?
 

 

  • Fully customised training plan – reviewed weekly with you to fit around your busy lifestyle. We can adapt as we work together, reviewing what helps you the most and where you require the most support to achieve your personal goals and move more.
     

  • Bespoke nutrition plans – realistic nutrition plans (no generic meal planning for you!), that will fit around your life. Let’s put the fun back into food and ensure you aren’t on chicken and rice forever!
     

  • Weekly Check ins – I am here to support you and we can communicate in a way that fits around your lifestyle and plan with regular weekly check-ins. I am always here for advice, support and guidance.

  • Facebook Private Group - here many things will happen, like daily, weekly, monthly challenges. Workouts posted to the group, Live work out and live Q&As, recipe ideas and much more. as well a Community feel to inspire each other along 

  • 24-7 Support and Guidance - through my messaging service delivered through my fitness app straight to your phone

  • 1 x monthly Zoom video calls – Although working together online it amazing for flexibility for you, I understand the importance of a longer check-in, goal reviewing and catch up. Always great to put a face to a name and keep you moving forwards.

  • Members Area - here you will find everything you need to know: Video library explaining, exercises, nutrition, daily habits, corrective exercises, exercise technique and more

  • Initial Free Consultation:  £FREE 

  • Personalised Set-up
     

  • Online coaching: starting from only £25 a week  
     

  • 2 months minimum. I would recommend 3 months its about the sweet spot to seeing results. However, I do find most of my clients end up staying with me for 6 months + due to the results they see and how the feel.
