I will give you some Nutritional guidance 
Putting the fun back into food, no more just chicken and rice that's just dull. 
No generic meal plans for you. Instead, we will help you calculate your macro and calorie requirements! We will also provide you with some tasty recipes, which will help teach you how to create your own meals and meal plans that you can easily stick to.
The best diet is the one you are able to stick to for time. 
A community feel, new recipes can be shared weekly by our members in our closed group, which means there will also be new recipes available for your meal planning.
MyFitness and Fitbit will also integrated into the your app

The exercise you are doing helps you work towards this. You don’t want to waste your time doing exercise that won’t help you achieve the results you are looking for.
 
 We can work together to set a bespoke programme tailored to the goals you desire, I can do this for you no matter your fitness level.
